Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of their employer. This may include drafting emails, letters, or other documents.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Build and maintaining relationships with client(students).
  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documents, both in physical and digital formats. They may also be responsible for data entry and keeping databases up to date.
  • Assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned by their employer. This could involve anything from conducting research to preparing presentations or reports.
  • Can follow our CEO to anywhere that required need to go such as go to VIP Event or Training Event.

Requirements :

  • We’re seeking an experienced personal assistant, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for this position.
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay (Mandarin Compulsory).
  • Must have own Laptop.
  • Computer knowledge – good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Pleasant personality, cheerful voice, polite, patience and good attitude.
  • Looking for Someone that Age in Between 24 – 37 Years Old.
